School Workshops

We are dedicated to creating an understanding of Mental Health concepts in a cultural context where there are only words for Mental Illness (and not Mental Health !). The workshops are facilitated, in the classrooms, by bilingual English/isiZulu speakers. It is a mix of providing information and engagement on specific issues and group discussions.

(Our Workbook is also available in isiZulu)

Engage - Interact

Listen, Learn, Respect, No Judgement. Speak-up!

Our Positive Mental Health programme is designed to help young people and adults understand mental health, cope with stress, and know when and how to ask for help.

We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Our interventions are proactive and non-clinical, guided by health professionals. When someone needs extra support, we encourage safe referral to appropriate services.

We are a Non-Profit Company
